Timothy G. Biltz
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Biltz was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Lumos Networks in April 2012 and as a director in May 2012. He served as director for NTELOS Holdings Corp. from 2006 through May 1, 2014. He also served as a director for iPCS, Inc., a wireless service provider from 2004 to 2009 and served as Chairman of the iPCS Inc. Board starting in 2006. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Biltz was the Chief Operating Officer of SpectraSite, Inc., a publicly-traded wireless and broadcast signal tower company. From 1989 to 1999 Mr. Biltz was employed by Vanguard Cellular Systems, Inc. in a number of posts of increasing responsibility ultimately serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
Joseph E. McCourt Jr.
Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer

Mr. McCourt was appointed executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer in May 2012. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, he served as Vice President of Commercial Sales since 2011 for 1901 Group, a privately-held information management company focused on IT performance efficiency. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales for Zayo Enterprise Networks from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Sales and Customer Operations for DukeNet Communications from 2007 to 2010. Prior to that, he served as Regional Vice President for Telcove from 2004, until it was acquired by Level 3 Communications in 2006. Mr. McCourt continued with Level 3 Communications as Senior Vice President of Sales for Business Markets until 2007. Prior to joining Telcove, he held sales management positions with Time Warner Telecom and MFS / Worldcom. Prior to that, he was the Director of Communications at Brooks Brothers Clothing.

Johan G. Broekhuysen
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Broekhuysen was appointed permanent Chief Financial Officer in October of 2014 after being appointed as Interim Chief Financial Officer in March of 2014. In January of 2014, he was appointed Chief Accounting Officer. He joined Lumos Networks in November of 2012 as Vice President and Corporate Controller. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer for Globallogic Inc.from 2010 to 2012 and as Corporate Controller from 2008 to 2010. From 2004 to 2008, he held multiple positions with AOL Time Warner last serving as Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidation. Prior to that, he served in a number of accounting and financial roles at Norsk Hydro ASA, Metrocall Inc., Qwest Telecommunications, and Unilever PLC. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the South Africa-Washington International Program (SAWIP).

Mary McDermott
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Ms. McDermott was appointed Senior Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs and Secretary in 2011. Prior to the separation of the Company from NTELOS, she had served as Senior Vice President—Legal and Regulatory Affairs since 2001. Prior to joining NTELOS, Ms. McDermott served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Pathnet Telecommunications, Inc. from 2000 to 2001, as Senior Vice President Chief of Staff for Government Relations for the Personal Communications Industry Association from 1998 to 2000, and as Vice President—Legal and Regulatory Affairs for the United States Telecom Association from 1994 to 1998. She began her telecommunications career with the NYNEX legal department.

Diego B. Anderson
Senior Vice President and General Manager - Residential and Small Business segment (RSMB)

Diego B. Anderson, age 45, was appointed Senior Vice President and General Manager of Residential and Small Business (R&SB) in January 2014. He had previously served as Vice President of Operations since November 2011. Mr. Anderson previously served as Director of Operations from 2005 to 2011, as Director of Network Facilities Engineering & Construction from 2001 to 2005 and as Manager of Sales Engineering from 1999 to 2001 for NTELOS. Prior to NTELOS, he was employed by Sprint from 1991 to 1999, where he served last as Manager of Engineering and Construction Administration.

Jeffrey Miller
Senior Vice President – Corporate Development

Mr. Miller was appointed Senior Vice President of Business Development in May 2013. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Transcom Enhanced Systems from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Strategy for Business Markets from 2006 to 2007 for Level 3 Communications after they acquired Telcove. At Telcove, he served as Vice President of Business Development from 1998 to 2006. Prior to that, he served as Financial Director of Wireless and Cable Operations from 1993 to 1998 and as Regional Controller from 1990 to 1993 for Adelphia Communications Corporation. Prior to that, he served as Audit Manager with Ernst &Young from 1984 to 1990.

Thomas E. Ferry
Senior Vice President - Engineering and Chief Technology Officer
Thomas E. Ferry was appointed as Senior Vice President of Engineering and Chief Technology Officer in January 2016. He had previously served as Vice President of Engineering & Program Management since May 2014. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, he served as Manager of IT Program and Project Management for Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield from 2007 to 2012. Prior to that, he served as Director of Americas Project Management & Solution Delivery for CoManage, Corp (now Syndesis) and Director of Program Management & Product Development for Adelphia Business Solutions. Tom began his career with AT&T Bell Laboratories and later served in various positions of increasing responsibility culminating as Director of Program Management for AT&T Wireless. Mr. Ferry has a BS in electrical engineering from Monmouth University and is PMP certified.
William G. Davis, Jr.
Senior Vice President - Marketing and Investor Relations and Chief of Staff
Will Davis was appointed Senior Vice President of Marketing and Investor Relations and Chief of Staff in March of 2015. He had previously served as Vice President of Investor Relations and Chief of Staff since March of 2014. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, Will had 13 years of experience in a variety of Investor Relations and Analyst positions within the technology and telecom sectors. These include Associate Director at UBS sell-side research covering wireless and telecom equipment; the wireless and telecom equipment analyst for the Galleon Group, a $7b technology focused hedge fund; Director of Investor Relations at Nokia; SVP of Investor Relations and Chief Marketing Officer for the Cogo Group, a China-based provider of customized semiconductor modules. Will passed Level 1 for the Chartered Financial Analyst program. Will is also a Pre-Selection Mentor for the Louisville, Kentucky office of Endeavor Capital, a global non-profit with 47 global offices in 22 markets focused on sponsoring the high-impact entrepreneurial movement.
John N. Lewis
Vice President - Information Technology

John N. Lewis was appointed Vice President of Information Technology in March 2014. He had previously served as Senior Director of Information Technology since December 2012. From January 2012 he served as Director of IT Development and Support System. At NTELOS, John served as Manager of IT Assurance from 2004 to 2011. Prior to joining NTELOS, Mr. Lewis held various IT Security and IT Director positions at the City of Charlottesville, ReturnBuy and Woodberry Forest School. Mr. Lewis has a MIS Degree from the University of Virginia and a CISSP certification.

Glenn E. Lytle
Vice President - Enterprise Sales
Glenn E. Lytle was appointed Vice President of Enterprise Sales in May 2014. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, Glenn was employed by Comcast Business Solutions since 2007, most recently as Regional Vice President of their Keystone region, which encompassed West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Maryland. Prior to working for Comcast, Glenn was employed by TelCove, where he served as General Manager of their Central Pennsylvania, North Carolina and Virginia markets. Prior to Telcove, Glenn held Account Executive positions at numerous telecommunications companies, including AirTouch Cellular, Sprint PCS, and Adelphia Business Solutions.
Celia A. Kovac
Vice President and Corporate Controller
Celia A. Kovac was appointed Vice President of Accounting & Corporate Controller in October 2014. She served previously as Director of External Reporting since 2012. Prior to joining Lumos Networks, she served as Business Unit Controller for HDT Global from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, she was with KPMG LLP from 2003 to 2006 and from 2007 to 2011, most recently serving as Audit Manager. She spent one year with McLeod & Company as Senior Audit and Consulting Associate from 2006 to 2007. Celia received her BS in accounting from Widener University and is a registered CPA in Virginia and Pennsylvania.
Chet Kudtarkar
Vice President - Financial Planning & Analysis
Chetan “Chet” Kudtarkar joined Lumos Networks in September 2014 as Vice President of Finance and FP&A. He was previously with XO Communications from 2002 to 2014, serving most recently as Vice President of Finance and previously as Vice President of Financial Operations, Director of Broadband Wireless & Corporate Development, and Director of National Sales Operations/Business Office. Prior to that he served in various capacities with MCI Communications including Director of Eastern Financial Operations. Chet began his career with Bristol Myers/Squibb. He received his MBA from the Wharton School, MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, and B Tech. in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
Scott Wallhermfechtel
Vice President - Network Operations
Scott Wallhermfechtel was appointed Vice President of Network Operations in August of 2015. He was originally hired in 2013 as Director, Network Control Center. Scott previously held the position of Vice President of Network Management with AboveNet from 2000 – 2012. Prior to that, he served was a Senior Manager with MCI (Verizon) from 1991 – 2000. Scott studied Management Information Systems at James Madison University.

Lawrence J. Askowitz
Mr. Askowitz has been a director since January 2016. Since February 2016, Mr. Askowitz has served as a Managing Director at Bank Street Group LLC, an investment banking firm focused on the communication, media and technology sectors. Since April 2005, Mr. Askowitz has served as a Partner at Gabriel Advisors, LLC, an investment firm which advises and acquires communication and media technology companies. From November 2010 until January 2016, Mr. Askowitz served as a Managing Director of Kidron Capital Advisors, LLC, a registered broker dealer. Before founding Gabriel Advisors, LLC in April 2005, Mr. Askowitz was the telecommunication and media technology partner at ZelnickMedia Corporation, a private equity firm, from January 2004 through April 2005. Mr. Askowitz served as a managing director and head of Deutsche Bank’s U.S. Wireless Banking practice from January 2002 through September 2003. Before joining Deutsche Bank in September 2000, Mr. Askowitz was an investment banker at Credit Suisse from 1998 to 2000, and at Lazard from 1987 to 1998. Mr. Askowitz served as a member of the board of directors of 180 Connect, a publicly-traded system integrator for the cable and satellite industry from August 2007 through August 2008, when it was sold to DirecTV. Mr. Askowitz served as a member of the board of directors of Ad.Venture Partners, a company created to acquire a technology, media or telecommunications company, from September 2005 through August 2007, when it acquired 180 Connect. Mr. Askowitz served as a member of the board of directors of Horizon PCS, Inc., a provider of personal communications services under the Sprint brand from October 2004 until July 2005, when it merged into iPCS Inc., another Sprint affiliate.

Robert E. Guth

Mr. Guth, became a Director upon the separation of the Company from NTELOS in October 2011 and serves as Chairman of the Board. Previously, he was director of NTELOS from December 2009 until the date of the separation. Mr. Guth served as the Interim President and CEO of Integra Telecom, Inc., a data and fiber infrastructure provider in the Western United States from September 2014 through September 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Guth served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of RDA Holding Co., the parent company of The Reader’s Digest Association, Inc., from September 2011 through April 2014, where he also served as the Chairman of the board of directors. Mr. Guth currently serves on the boards of directors of Integra Telecom, Inc., Source Home Entertainment, LLC and Source Media Holdco, LLC. Previously he served as President of the Business Markets Group at Level 3 Communications, LLC from 2006 to 2007 and served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer at TelCove Inc. from 2002 to 2006, at which time TelCove was acquired by Level 3 Communications. He was Vice President of Business Operations at TelCove from 2000 to 2002 and Regional Vice President and General Manager from 1996 to 2000. Prior to joining TelCove, he worked in sales and sales management roles at AT&T Inc. from 1985 to 1996.

Shawn F. O’Donnell
Mr. O’Donnell has over 25 years of operations experience in the telecommunications industry. Mr. O’Donnell is a managing director of FTI Consulting and currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Caribbean Asset Holdings, a telecommunications company based in the USVI. In 2013, Mr. O’Donnell served as a member of the board of directors of CTIA: The Wireless Association, an international industry trade group that represents the wireless communications industry. From 2011 through 2012, Mr. O’Donnell served as the President and Chief Executive Officer, International Services Division of Primus Telecommunications, a provider of advanced telecommunication services. From 2008 through 2011, Mr. O’Donnell served as the Chief Executive Officer and President and a member of the board of directors of Arbinet Corporation, a provider of international voice and IP solutions to carriers and service providers globally. From April 2007 until September 2008, Mr. O’Donnell served as a Senior Director of CXO Corporation, which specializes in management and operational consulting. From March 2003 through December 2006, Mr. O’Donnell was a member of Capital and Technology Advisors, Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the telecommunications and technology sectors, serving as Chief Operating Officer from July 2005 through December 2006. His corporate experience began at MCI where he held various engineering and operations management positions and continued as Executive Vice President of Network Services & Systems for Pathnet, a provider of long haul telecommunications capacity.
Michael K. Robinson
Mr. Robinson, became a Director upon the separation of the Company from NTELOS in October 2011 and currently chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors. He joined Broadview Networks, Inc. as Chief Executive Officer in March 2005 and is responsible for all operations and strategy for Broadview. Mr. Robinson currently serves on the board of directors of Broadview and FairPoint Communications, Inc. From July 1998 to March 2005, Mr. Robinson served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US LEC Corp. Prior to joining US LEC, Mr. Robinson spent 10 years in various management positions with the telecommunications division of Alcatel, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Alcatel Data Networks and the worldwide financial operations of the enterprise and data networking division. Prior to these roles, Mr. Robinson was chief financial officer of Alcatel Network Systems. Before joining Alcatel, Mr. Robinson held various management positions with Windward International and Siecor Corp. (now Corning).
Michael T. Sicoli
Mr. Sicoli, a director since 2014, is the Chief Financial Officer of GTT Communications, Inc., a publicly-traded global provider of cloud networking services to multinational clients. Prior to joining GTT in April 2015, he served as the Principal of MTS Advisors, a consulting and advisory services firm he founded in 2013. From 2010 to 2013, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Sidera Networks, a fiber optic service provider that was merged with Lightower Fiber Networks in 2013. From 2005-2010, Mr. Sicoli served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of RCN Corporation, a publicly traded cable broadband internet service and fiber optic service provider. Prior to that, Mr. Sicoli held various positions at Nextel Communications, Deloitte Consulting, and Accenture.
Jerry E. Vaughn

Mr. Vaughn, became a Director upon the separation of the Company from NTELOS in October 2011 and currently chairs the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors. Previously, he was director of NTELOS from December 2007 until the date of the Separation. He is presently retired. Mr. Vaughn served as the Chief Administrative Officer of Mobile Storage Group, from November 2006 until its merger into Mobile Mini in June 2008. He served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Valor Communications Group, Inc. from 2005 until its merger into Windstream Corporation in July 2006. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Vaughn served as Chief Financial Officer of US Unwired, Inc. Prior to joining US Unwired, Inc., Mr. Vaughn served in executive positions with GE Capital, Nortel Networks and Mellon Bank.

Peter D. Aquino
Peter D. Aquino has been a director since 2015. He is President and Chief Executive Officer of Internap, a high-performance Internet infrastructure provider, where he also serves as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He is the founder of Broad Valley Capital, LLC (BVC), a TMT investment and advisory firm since 2013. Mr. Aquino is also the founder of Broad Valley Micro Fiber Networks Inc., a Mid-Atlantic fiber and wireless infrastructure services provider founded in 2014. Mr. Aquino is the former Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Primus Telecom Group, Inc. (NYSE: PTGI), an international telecom company, from October 2010 until December 2012, and remained Chairman until April 2013. Prior to PTGi, Mr. Aquino was the President and Chief Executive Officer of RCN Corporation (Nasdaq: RCNI) from December 2004 to August 2010, an advanced Triple Play cableTV and metro fiber business. Mr. Aquino currently serves on the Board of Directors for Fairpoint Communications (Nasdaq: FRP). Mr. Aquino is a graduate of Montclair State College in New Jersey, and has an MBA from George Washington University, in Washington, DC.
William M. Pruellage
Mr. Pruellage, a director since August 2015, is a Partner at Pamplona Capital Management, a global private equity firm with offices in New York and London. Prior to Pamplona, Bill was the Co-President of Castle Harlan, a US-based private equity fund where he worked from 1997 to 2014. Prior to joining Castle Harlan, Mr. Pruellage worked at Merrill Lynch in the investment banking division. Mr. Pruellage has previously served on over a dozen private and public company boards, including Securus Technologies, Exterran Holdings, Pretium Packaging and Ames True Temper. He is a trustee of the Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of New York.
